Hawks Hill Knives is about quality and usability. Currently, every knife is a one-off blade. Hawks Hill Knives prefers tool steels for their toughness and affordability, but he can do any cutlery steels if specs require it. Each blade is finished by hand. Hawks Hill Knives also makes all my sheaths by hand one stitch at a time.
Hawks Hill Knives was started over 5 years ago in the panhandle of Nebraska. Growing up in South Western Wyoming, he always had a pocketknife handy. Later in life, he would help a great team of people create and develop a world-class cutlery department at Cabela’s. Talking with U.S brands and learning the business helped him make the jump into knife making.
